 About the Village:The village was first built in the mid 90's under private ownership. Spread out on over 45 acres the community soon grew to a lush and functioning micro society. In 2005, the residents purchased the village and now you can either own a share or pay a lot rental fee. The community is managed by a Board of Directors. The "Board" consists of nine members of the community and new officers are elected every year. The "Board's" main function is to ensure that every aspect of our community runs smoothly. Whether it be the sale/purchase of property, the maintenance of the grounds or even the scheduling of events, it is their duty to insure that all goes well. |
Who We Are:We are a community of adults aged 55 and older, enjoying the companionship, of our friends and fellow residence, with the freedom to maintain our own individual lifestyles.
